Sound familiar?

A sweet tooth quietly
runs the show

It rarely announces itself. It just keeps deciding things for you.

The 3 PM biscuit that somehow becomes three.

Dessert, even when you are already full.

“Starting Monday”, every Monday.

Gurmar approaches it from an unexpected angle: your tongue.

Try it yourself

Sugar stops tasting like sugar

Tap the word

Gymnemic acids settle into the sweet-taste receptors on your tongue. For a while afterwards, sweet things simply taste flat. It is the oldest trick in the Ayurvedic book, and you can verify it in about thirty seconds.

How it works

How Gurmar mutes sweetness

Three stages, all of them happening on the surface of your tongue.

STAGE ONE

Receptors occupied

Gymnemic acids share a molecular shape with glucose. When they reach the sweet-taste receptors on your tongue, they settle neatly into them.

STAGE TWO

Sweetness flattens

With those receptors already filled, sugar has nothing to bind to. For roughly thirty to sixty minutes, sweet food tastes unremarkable.

STAGE THREE
MINUTES SWEETNESS

The craving passes

Dessert loses its pull once it stops tasting like dessert. An old Ayurvedic method of practising restraint without relying on willpower.

The daily practice

Made to be taken every day

A considered ritual

Two capsules with your morning tea. A simple Ayurvedic practice, kept up daily.

Dulls the taste of sweet

The gymnemic acids do their work on the tongue. Noticeable within minutes of taking it.

Part of a balanced day

Formulated to sit alongside a balanced diet and regular movement, as Ayurveda intends.

Made to a standard

GMP and ISO-certified manufacturing, with purity testing on every batch.

Two ingredients

Nothing else in the capsule

Gymnema sylvestre

Known in Ayurveda as gurmar, literally “sugar destroyer”, for the way its leaves mute the taste of sweetness. Used in Ayurvedic practice for centuries.

Black pepper extract

Piperine is included to support absorption of the botanical compounds, so more of what is in the capsule is available to your body.
